About the Farm
Hilbert Farms is a 1st Generation family farm in Central Iowa run by a brother duo Grant and Spencer.
Spencer and Grant are starting out from scratch as they didn't grow up on a farm, but are learning as they go. Together they raise corn, soybeans, and Hay, and 2025 will be their first year raising beef. Their home-raised Sim-Angus cattle are cared for from birth to plate. Free from added growth hormones and routine antibiotics, their grass-fed, corn-finished beef delivers rich marbling and outstanding flavor you can trust.
