HOW DOES YOUR PRE-ORDER SALE WORK?

When you place an order today, you are reserving one of our available meat boxes for pre-purchase. These boxes will be filled with the highest quality American beef, chicken & pork. Once the animals are processed, we will receive the final products in from our dedicated butcher. Then our dedicated team will carefully pack your order by hand and ship it directly to your door. By choosing to pre-order, you secure your spot in line to receive one of our quality meat boxes. We appreciate your patience and look forward to delivering exceptional beef and pork products to you.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. (We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam or Puerto Rico.)

WHAT KIND OF FARMS DO YOU WORK WITH?

We take pride in sourcing all of our meat directly from American family farms with active social media accounts that showcase their day-to-day farming process. By doing so, we establish a transparent connection between the farmer and the consumer, providing a unique and authentic experience that bridges the gap between farm and table.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS?

Given the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, contact customer service and we will work to make it right.

HOW LONG CAN MEAT LAST IN THE REFRIGERATOR?

On average you should consume or freeze your (vacuum sealed) product within 5-7 days of its arrival.

- Poultry needs to be consumed or frozen as soon as possible or within four days.

- Pork should be consumed or frozen within 5 days of delivery.

- Beef is unique. Beef that is the whole muscle (not ground) should be eaten or frozen within 10 days of delivery.

We take pride in working with USDA Inspected family-owned butcher shops across the United States. This ensures that our meat is hand-cut and trimmed, ensuring a level of quality that surpasses your everyday grocery store find and meets the highest quality and safety standards.

We are committed to sustainability, and our packaging is 100% recyclable. This means you can recycle all cardboard, plastic, paper, and foam materials used in our packaging. We strive to minimize our environmental impact while delivering quality meat to your doorstep.
