About the Farm
New Age Custom Farming and Elsing Family Farms are seventh-generation stewards of the land in southern Wisconsin.
They raise Wagyu x Holstein cattle from one week of age all the way to finish, feeding them high-quality forages they grow and harvest themselves. This hands-on approach results in rich flavor and incredible marbling you can taste in every bite. Through their YouTube channel and daily life on the farm, they share the real story of agriculture - from feeding calves at sunrise to grilling steaks at sunset. They believe in transparency, animal care and raising beef they're proud to serve at their own table.
